Center for Computational Social Science (CCSS) , Kobe University
Center for Computational Social Science (CCSS) of Kobe University promotes collaborative research in computational social science which is a blend of social science, computational science and data science.
We aim to establish and systemize computational social science as a new social science based on computational science and data science, also we are aiming at a world-leading international research center in this field.
This center was established as an internal organization of the RIEB on March 15, 2017, and was established as a fundamental research promotion organization of the Kobe University on April 1, 2018
Center for Computational Social Science (CCSS) will conduct the following projects to achieve the above objectives
- Advanced research in computational social science
- Technological development to promote research in computational social science
- Creating a database to promote research in computational social science
- Other necessary projects for promotion and dissemination of academic research in computational social science
Center for Computational Social Science (CCSS) will conduct the above projects in the following units.
