計算社会科学研究センターは、2025年12月26日（金）に、"CCSS Workshop on Computational Social Science: Methods and Applications"を開催しました。

今回のCCSS Workshop on Computational Social Science: Methods and Applicationsは、当センターの小林照義教授（データ分析部門、経済学研究科）、リサーチフェローのPetter Holme氏（Aalto University）、およびIvan Romić 氏（理化学研究所）をオーガナイザーとして開催されました。ワークショップはRomić 氏の趣旨説明および開会の挨拶でスタートしました。
ワークショップでは、神戸大学だけでなく、理化学研究所、アメリカ・University of Pennsylvania、フィンランド・Aalto University、韓国・Korea Development Institute、アメリカ・University of Southern Californiaから6名の研究者が研究報告を行いました。協調行動、ゴシップの拡散、ジオタグ付きデータの活用、大規模言語モデル（LLM）などのテーマについて研究成果を共有しました。また、本ワークショップでは特にLLMに焦点が当てられ、3件の発表において、その能力、信頼性、そして社会および学術研究における安全性が議論されました。
